Returns & Cancellations Policies

As per our policy order will not be cancelled. For refund decision will be taken from our side as we will go through the details of the order, then the product should be unused, packaging should be written in the same manner when you received at the time of delivery and last but not list receipt as a proof.

Refunds (if applicable)
After checking all the details and product condition and packaging and all we will send email to the purchaser and notify him/her regarding product received to us and then we will email you regarding refund is passed or not. If a refund is approved from our side, then the next procedure of refund will be processed and the amount will be credit in 7 to 10 working days in your given account details.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Exchanges (if applicable)
As per our policy, we don’t replace items without genuine reason it will be customer duty to finalize product and then give the order. Yes if any defect found in our product will surely be changed. And if you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
